Ryan Leaphart

Ryan Leaphart is a seasoned professional in business development and entrepreneurship with a strong focus on user-generated content and outdoor gear marketplaces. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at The Insiders since February 2023, Ryan is also a cofounder of Nomadz, a SaaS platform designed for outdoor enthusiasts to rent, sell, and buy outdoor gear. Previously, Ryan held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Druva, where relationships with enterprise prospects were cultivated for long-term growth, and as a Business Development Representative at Blackbaud, where the sales process for financial software in the nonprofit sector was expedited. Ryan co-founded ReelTrail, Inc., a SaaS marketplace for outdoor gear, overseeing full cycle sales and product training initiatives. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of South Carolina.
