Andrew Lofty

Andrew Lofty is an experienced executive in the construction and property sectors, currently serving as Executive Director - Managed UK & EMEA at The Instant Group since September 2021. Previously, Andrew held significant positions including Senior Director / Global Head of Operations at The Instant Group and Non Executive Director at Co-operatives UK. With a notable history in leadership roles at Co-op as Construction and Property Commercial Director and Director of Construction, as well as Director of Construction and Facilities Management at B&Q, Andrew has been responsible for strategic direction and capital investment programs across various organizations. Andrew's earlier roles include leadership in procurement and construction at companies such as Dixons Carphone, Best Buy Europe, BP International, Tesco, and Laing O'Rourke. Andrew holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham and is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).
