Giles Hardwick

Giles Hardwick is an experienced Programme Director at The Instant Group since September 2020. Previously, throughout a significant tenure at Williams Lea from April 2001 to September 2020, Giles held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Implementation, where expertise in deploying Business Analysis and Project Management teams was showcased. Additional roles included overseeing UK Customer Communication Management operations, leading complex Remediation and Redress solutions for enterprise clients, and directing substantial redress programs with national impact. Prior to Williams Lea, Giles served as General Manager at Merrill Lynch from January 1993 to March 2001.
