Jenny Fearon

Jenny Fearon is a highly experienced HR professional who has worked in various HR roles across different companies. Currently, Jenny serves as the Senior HR Business Partner, Global at The Instant Group, where Jenny also holds the title of HR Business Partner for UK and EMEA. Prior to this, Jenny worked at Tesco Underwriting as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant. Jenny's earlier experience includes roles at Parseq as an HR Services Manager, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor, as well as at Care Visions at Home as an HR Adviser. Jenny completed their education at Queen Elizabeth High School.
