Kristofer Ames

Kristofer Ames is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions delivery, development, and construction management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at The Instant Group since April 2022, Kristofer's previous roles include Vice President of Development at Heitman and Senior Development Construction Manager at Starwood Retail Partners LLC, where Kristofer also held the title of Operations Director. Earlier experience encompasses a Chief Engineer position at Able Engineering, overseeing engineering teams and executing energy-efficient upgrades, as well as a Carpenter Foreman role at Ligman Construction, managing carpentry phases for restaurant constructions. Kristofer's career began as a Project Manager at McPartland Construction, focusing on supervising and coordinating various projects. Kristofer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University.
