Lyndsay Hardwick

Lyndsay Hardwick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and client services. Currently serving as Chief Business Integrations Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Instant Group since February 2014, Lyndsay has played a key role in shaping workplace strategies for clients within the flexible workspace sector. Prior to this, Lyndsay held the position of Managing Director, International at Williams Lea from November 1996 to February 2014, along with various management roles, and began a career in management at NatWest from October 1993 to September 1996. Lyndsay holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages and International Business Finance from Northumbria University, completed between 1989 and 1993, and has a strong academic foundation with 4 A levels and 9 O levels from Allerton Grange School.
