Larry Culligan

Larry Culligan is the Vice President of Operations at The InStar Group, LLC. Larry holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University, a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
