Douglas Trower has significant experience in service delivery and management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and previously as Service Desk Manager at The Instillery since June 2018. Prior to that, Douglas held roles as Service Desk Manager and Service Desk Team Leader at Vo2 Digital Thinking from January 2016 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Coordinator and Service Desk Engineer at CodeBlue Limited from June 2015 to January 2016 and June 2012 to November 2014, respectively. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences from The University of Waikato, earned between 2008 and 2012, and completed NCEA level 3 at Matamata College from 2003 to 2007.
