Reza Ansary has diverse experience in the technical field, starting as a Sandwich Artist at Subway before transitioning into roles such as Technical Support Analyst at iiNet and Support Engineer at Origin IT. Currently, Reza holds the position of Service Desk Team Leader at The Instillery, where Reza manages a team of support engineers, mentors direct reports, and ensures service levels are met. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Architecture, Reza also worked as a Science Tutor.
