Samuel Richardson has extensive experience in customer service and technical support within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Global Service Desk Team Leader at Indigo since July 2021, Samuel previously held the position of NOC Co-Ordinator. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Propel Finance from December 2019 to July 2021, and at Henry Howard Finance Group from August 2017 to December 2019. Samuel completed education at Caldicot Comprehensive School from 2010 to 2015.
