Stephanie McCarthy possesses extensive experience in customer experience and service delivery management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Customer Experience Operations Manager and Manager of the Service Delivery Team at The Instillery since August 2019, Stephanie has prior experience as Service Delivery Manager at Origin IT and CodeBlue Limited. Additional roles include Resource Manager - Project Delivery at Westpac New Zealand and Service Manager at Computacenter, where responsibilities included overseeing technical support teams, performance management, customer relations, and recruitment. Earlier in Stephanie’s career, a role as Team Leader at ASB Bank involved managing technical support staff and ensuring SLA targets were met, while experience as Helpdesk Manager at Fitch Ratings included leading a helpdesk team supporting banking staff. Stephanie is a graduate of The University of Waikato.
