Donna believes in collaboration in coaching and instruction, and that the arts provide an engaging access point for all learners. Her coaching philosophy centers around the improv exercise "no mistakes, only gifts". In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She loves to laugh and is a published children's playwright.
