Jacob Wayne

Jacob Wayne is an experienced professional currently serving as Events Coordinator and previously as Events Assistant at The Institute for Functional Medicine since April 2023. Jacob has held various roles in the recruitment field, including Recruiter/HR Generalist at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from January to April 2023, and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and enhancing consultant experiences. Jacob has also contributed musically as a guitarist for The Young Americans in 2022 and as a music consultant/accompanist at California State University, Long Beach. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from California State University, Fullerton, and a Certificate in Music Production Entrepreneurship from Saddleback College, Jacob possesses a diverse skill set in both the arts and professional recruitment.
