Kaz Kinsella

Kaz Kinsella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, communications, and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at The Institute for Functional Medicine since August 2019, Kaz previously held the position of Partner at The Clarius Group, a shared family office, from July 2015 to June 2019. Prior to that role, Kaz was Principal at Kaz & Co., a boutique HR consulting firm, from January 2012 to June 2015, and directed communications and business strategy as Director of Communications for The State of Ohio’s Office of Budget & Management from January 2007 to December 2011.
