Jessica Renier has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Jessica currently holds the position of Managing Director in Digital Finance at the Institute of International Finance. Previously, Jessica served as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and was a part of the Innovation Panel at DIFC. Jessica also contributed to the Market Risk Advisory Committee (MRAC) at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and was a member of the Bretton Woods Committee. Additionally, Jessica served as an Advisory Board Member for The Digital Dollar Project and held a role as Term Member (TMAC) at the Council on Foreign Relations. Jessica was a Board Member at the First Responder Network Authority and an Associate Director in the Office of Management and Budget at The White House. Jessica also worked in the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Senior Counselor in Terrorist Financing & Financial Crimes and as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Under Secretary for Domestic Finance.
Jessica Renier completed their education with the following degrees: an MBA in General Management and Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2011-2013), an M.A. in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College (2018-2021), a nondegree program in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Dallas (2007-2009), and a B.A. with majors in Economics, Communication, and Spanish from Trinity University (2003-2007).
