Kyaira Overs

Kyaira Overs is a dedicated professional with experience in diverse educational and human resources roles. Currently serving as a DEI Programming and Partnerships Coordinator at The Institutes Knowledge Group since May 2023, Kyaira previously contributed as a School Counseling Intern at Orange County Public Schools, where individualized counseling plans and conflict mediation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes working as a Magnet Interventionist at Seminole County Public Schools and as a Human Resources Assistant at Wharton-Smith, Inc., focusing on employee relations and benefits management. Kyaira has also held positions within the Orange County Government and Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, where program planning and compliance were central to the roles. Kyaira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Entrepreneurship from Rollins College.
