Tas joined the ICE in 2021 as director of communications and is responsible for coordinating the external communication of the work of the institution.
She started her career in Beijing and spent a number of years working on pan-Asian issues before moving to Brussels to work with the EU. Tas combines significant agency experience with senior in-house roles with the CBI and McDonald's.
Tas is a member of the world’s largest PR professional body, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), where she has been a member of the PRCA Council and led their work on accessibility and inclusion in 2021.
