Ryan K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan started their career as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at GovNet in 2009, where they specialized in government information computing technology and public sector procurement.

In 2011, Ryan became a Senior Business Development Manager at Salford Software, where they focused on providing solutions for customers' security concerns, specifically in identity and access management.

Ryan then moved on to roles as a Sponsorship Sales Manager at Dods Group PLC and Westminster Briefing, where they facilitated engagement between organizations and government bodies. Ryan developed lasting relationships with local, central, and global governments, leveraging their deep understanding of government culture and working methods.

In 2015, Ryan became the Director of Partnerships at streetlife.com, leading the largest British social network focused on connecting neighbors and building stronger local communities. Ryan successfully grew the platform to over 1 million users.

From 2017 to 2018, Ryan served as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Hack Partners, a rail innovation consultancy. Ryan facilitated the introduction of new technologies in the rail industry through hackathons and accelerator programs, improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

In 2018, Ryan joined Kickdynamic as a Sales and Partnerships Manager, where they helped marketers automate and personalize email content for higher conversions.

In 2018, they also co-founded The Equal Group, where they served as the Head of Business Development, offering data-driven diversity and inclusion consultancy services to companies.

Most recently, Ryan joined The Institution of Structural Engineers in 2019 as the Head of Sponsorship and Partnerships. Ryan established partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, elevating the professional body for qualifications and standards in structural engineering.

Ryan K. attended Brampton Manor School for an unknown period of time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Ryan furthered their education by completing an MSc in Marketing Management at the Alliance Manchester Business School.
