Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin has worked in various roles within the finance field. Stephen started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from September 2006 to December 2010. Stephen then joined Chatham House, where they held multiple positions including Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Deputy Finance Director, and finally, Managing Director of Finance until March 2023. Currently, they are working as the Finance Director at The Institution of Structural Engineers starting from November 2023.

Stephen Martin has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Stephen obtained a FCA degree from ICAEW in 2020, after previously completing their ACA degree from the same institution in 2009. Prior to that, they studied Modern History and Economics at the University of Oxford, earning an MA (Oxon) degree in 2005. Additionally, Stephen has obtained various certifications on topics such as GDPR compliance, phishing scams, building resilience, and remote work foundations, among others, from LinkedIn.
