Daryl Jones has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Daryl started their career at The Shelter Group in 1991, where they served as a Senior Vice President. During this time, they successfully launched a new business unit focused on the construction of elderly projects and achieved significant returns for the company and its equity partners. In 2007, Daryl joined Integral Group as a Vice President, leading the company's Senior Housing Platform. Daryl played a crucial role in the development and launch of affordable independent senior living residences and assisted living residences. Currently, Daryl holds the position of Chief Operating Officer - Real Estate at Integral Group.
Daryl Jones pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. From 1979 to 1984, they attended Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1987 to 1988.

Investment Management Integral’s Investment Management group identifies, enhances and captures value through the development and redevelopment of market rate mixed-use real estate in high density, ethnically-diverse urban communities. These investments encompass a diverse mix of property types including residential, retail, office and hospitality in high-barrier, urban markets. Property Management A full-service property and asset management company, its leadership employs thoughtful, economically viable solutions to create communities that enhance the fabric of residents’ lives, while providing a return on investment for owners and developers. Construction Integral’s construction operates under two independent affiliates, IBG Construction Services, a residential builder and IntegralGude, a full service program management, construction management and operations & maintenance firm.
