LaShaunda Wright is an accomplished professional in financial and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the AVP of Financial and Regulatory Compliance and previously as Asset Manager at Integral Group since December 2021, LaShaunda expertly manages a portfolio exceeding 10,000 real estate units with a focus on optimizing asset performance and value. Prior experiences include working as Senior Contract Manager at Raine & Company, LLC, where LaShaunda contributed to the asset management of HUD contracts, and Project Manager at Ofori & Associates, REO, overseeing a significant HUD contract. Additional roles include Head of REO Department at HVH Realty, LLC, and Assistant Property Manager at Hooks Van Holm Inc., where LaShaunda developed valuable expertise in managing bank-owned assets. LaShaunda holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science from The University of Georgia.
