Mitchell Powell has over 30 years of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Mitchell is currently working as the CFO at Integral Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at H. J. Russell & Company from 2017 to 2022. Mitchell also had an extensive tenure at Integral Group from 2004 to 2015, where they served as the CFO. Before that, they held the position of Vice President at Rockwood Capital from 1995 to 2002. Mitchell's career began as a Senior Financial Analyst at Pacific Property Services LLC, where they worked from 1991 to 1995.
Mitchell Powell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Mitchell then pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate from New York University from 1990 to 1991.

Construction Integral’s construction operates under two independent affiliates, IBG Construction Services, a residential builder and IntegralGude, a full service program management, construction management and operations & maintenance firm.
