Oksana Iv has extensive experience in community management and compliance, currently serving as an Assistant Community Manager at Integral Group since July 2013 and as a Compliance Specialist at Atlanta Housing Authority since February 2012. Oksana also held positions as a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate from November 2018 to April 2020 and as a REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers during the same timeframe. Previous roles include Leasing/Compliance Specialist at The Habitat Company from January 2012 to July 2013 and Pre-K Teacher at Fairytale Children Center from March 2008 to May 2011, alongside serving as Managing Director at Natural Beauty from July 2009 to January 2011. Oksana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistic University and a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from NCHM.
