Lexis Withers

Lexis Withers, M.S., currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Culture, Community, & Inclusion at the United States Golf Association (USGA) since January 2023, leading the Pathways program and enhancing Employee Resource Group initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous roles include Community Relations Associate with the Los Angeles Lakers, where responsibilities encompassed leading community engagement initiatives, and internships with Major League Baseball, advancing social responsibility projects. Lexis's experience also includes supporting community partnerships at the Tacoma Urban League and contributing to major events like Super Bowl LVI. Educational accomplishments include a Master's in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Washington.
