Nick Atkinson Fls

Nick Atkinson FLS is an experienced professional in the fields of ecology, conservation, and climate change, currently serving as the Founder of The World's End Consultancy since September 2020. In addition, Atkinson holds the position of Chief Science Officer at BeZero Carbon and serves as an Expert for the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market. Ongoing association with the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology as an Associate Fellow began in April 2018. Previous roles include Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Ecology and Conservation at Nottingham Trent University and Senior Conservation Adviser at Woodland Trust, among others. Atkinson has a PhD in Biogeography & Population Genetics from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Nottingham.
