Kevin Thaxton is currently serving as a Space Capabilities Subject Matter Expert at The Intelligence and Security Academy, LLC (ISA) since January 2024. Previously, Kevin held the position of Space Operations Officer with the United States Department of the Army from July 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Space Control Branch Chief in the Space Division. In earlier roles, Kevin served as Deputy Chief of Strategic Programs at US Army - Europe and as a Joint Planner at JFCC SPACE, contributing to critical space operations planning and coordination. Kevin's military experience spans various leadership roles, including Space & Technical Operations Officer with the XVIII Airborne Corps and Operations/Human Resources Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, complemented by a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fisk University.
