Alexis Brantes Rodríguez is a Service Designer at SURA Chile, leading research in Affective Computing & Intelligent Interaction at UserEmotion.com, and serving as the Continent Manager of South America at Interaction Design Foundation. Alexis is also a Global Design Ambassador and a Teacher in the Growth Marketing Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. With a background in UX strategy and emotion research, Alexis has taught in various certification programs and has experience in customer experience consulting and research. Alexis holds degrees in Customer Experience, Neurobiology and Behavior, Economics, and Interaction Design, among others.
