Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF)
Chia-Ju Lin is a seasoned UX/UI designer and mentor with extensive experience in digital product design and user experience. Currently serving as a UX/UI Mentor at the Interaction Design Foundation since February 2022, Chia-Ju provides guidance and insights to support the career development of mentees. Previously, Chia-Ju held the position of User Experience Designer at BBDO Group Germany, where responsibilities included UX & UI conception, user research, and A/B testing. Chia-Ju's career also includes roles at Snubes, Opinary, KKday, and Mandar Rue Int'l Enterprise Co., Ltd., showcasing a strong background in leading design teams, managing projects, and executing user-centric solutions. Chia-Ju holds a Master of Arts in Expanded Media from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from National Taiwan University of Arts.
