Chance Dewerth

Chance DeWerth is an experienced operations professional with a focus on safety and facilities management. Currently serving as the Director of Safety and Facilities at Intergenerational Schools since October 2022, Chance has a diverse background that includes roles such as Operations Director at Goods Bank NEO and Operations Manager at PCs for People. From January 2017 to April 2022, Chance held dual positions as Director of Operations at Citizens Academy Southeast and Citizens Leadership Academy Southeast, and previously worked at Breakthrough Schools as an Operations Fellow. Chance's extensive experience in materials handling, inventory management, and logistics was honed during a long tenure at MedWish International, where responsibilities evolved from Warehouse Manager to Director of Operations. Chance has an educational background from Cuyahoga Community College.
