Billie Fouts

Billie Fouts, APR, has over 45 years of experience in public relations and marketing, notably serving as Vice President of Marketing and Development at The International Center in Indianapolis until retirement in February 2022. Fouts founded Billie Scott Public Relations, LLC, which specialized in strategic communications for various sectors. Prior roles include Director of Public Relations at Simon Property Group, where responsibilities encompassed corporate communications and reputation management, and Manager of Public Relations & Corporate Advertising at Melvin Simon & Associates, which featured award-winning campaigns. Earlier career highlights include serving as Associate Executive Director for the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana and public relations account executive roles at MZD Advertising.
