Talya Vatman

Talya Vatman has experience working as a Caspian and Black Sea Programme Manager at the International Energy Agency, where Talya manages cooperation with Ukraine and implements energy policy projects. Prior to that, Talya worked at IHS as an Associate Director, focusing on downstream oil markets in Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Additionally, Talya worked at PFC Energy as an Analyst, specializing in oil refining and retail analysis. Talya holds a MSc in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in Government and Classics from Georgetown University.
