Mykhailo Gorkusha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Technology and Cybersecurity Specialist and External Consultant at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since January 2018. In addition, Mykhailo has led NGO "AC "Internet-Law UA" as Head since November 2015 and worked as a Regional Project Coordinator at IREX from May 2019 to November 2021. Mykhailo holds a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both obtained from the Ukrainian Academy Of Banking Of The National Bank Of Ukraine, from 2013 to 2015 and 2009 to 2013, respectively.
