Roger B. Jacobs is a seasoned arbitrator and mediator with extensive experience in labor, employment, and commercial matters. Since February 2011, Jacobs has served as a panel arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association and also engages in mediation across New York and New Jersey. Additional roles include arbitrator and mediator positions at FINRA, the National Mediation Board, and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, with a significant focus on the Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Jacobs is recognized for expertise in alternative dispute resolution. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Law in labor law and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, along with a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Jacobs is the Managing Partner at the Jacobs Center for Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution, emphasizing an integrative approach to arbitration and mediation.
