Ernest Duncan has over thirty years of experience in nonprofit management, financial analysis, strategic planning, and consulting. Currently, Ernest serves as the administrative officer for the University Library at Georgia State University. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at The Doe Fund, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of the Vera Institute of Justice, Director of Finance and Operations at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts and Chief Operating Officer at the Museum of African American History in Detroit. Dr. Duncan has taught at the business schools across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Culverhouse School of Accountancy at the University of Alabama, a Masters in Business Administration from the George Washington University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a graduate of the Getty Leadership Institute at Claremont Graduate University.
