Mariano Zapata

Mariano Zapata possesses extensive experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, currently working in the arthroscopy team at Sanatorio Otamendi since October 2021 and serving as the Chief Resident in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department at Hospital de Clínicas "José de San Martín" since June 2018. Additionally, Mariano has been a certificate member of The International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) since January 2020 and participates as the team doctor for the first division women's basketball league at Club Atlético Obras Sanitarias de la Nación since June 2021. Previous roles include Medical Supervisor at OSDE - URG Urgencias from September 2013 to May 2018 and as a physician for the Reserve team at Club Atlético Rosario Central from March 2016 to February 2018. Mariano graduated with a medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and completed a postgraduate program in Sports Medicine and Traumatology at Sanatorio Mapaci.
