Erica Frost

Erica Frost is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Intersect Group since April 2022, Erica previously held the same position at Paya from October 2019 to April 2022, where the organization focused on providing secure technology solutions for payment processing. Prior to that, Erica worked as an HR Business Partner at Lucas Group, North America's premier executive search firm, and held positions at Allstate as an HR Benefits Consultant and Business Consultant. Additional experience includes roles at Wild Adventures Theme Park and an internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
