Justin Westphal

Justin Westphal is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Symetra since April 2024, Justin also contributes as a Volunteer UX Mentor at The Inturnship. Previous roles include Principal Product Designer at Nike, overseeing significant projects such as digital design for the NBA and Olympic uniforms, and a brief tenure as Senior Product Designer at XO Agency, where design optimizations improved user interface efficiency. Prior to these positions, Justin held the role of Creative Director at Lone Tree Creative, leading diverse design initiatives for various clients, and Senior Art Director at Accorder Creative Service, where multicultural marketing campaigns were developed. Justin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art and Design from Towson University and study at Kansai Gaidai University.
