Tom Stephens

Tom Stephens is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with extensive experience in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of ETF Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan Asset Management since September 2017, Tom also holds the position of Chair of the IA ETF Committee at The Investment Association, where involvement includes deputy chair responsibilities. Previously, Tom led ETF Execution Sales in Europe at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and contributed significantly to the development of iShares ETF product management at Barclays Global Investors. Educational credentials include a BSc in Financial Management from the University of Essex.
