Randi Emerman is a seasoned executive in the film industry with a robust track record of leadership and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Iron Mermaid Films Inc., an award-winning production company based in Atlanta, Randi has demonstrated a commitment to creating high-quality entertainment content. Prior to this role, Randi was the Founder and Executive Director of Film Fest 919 from January 2017 to March 2023 and held the position of Vice President of Programming & Strategic Partnerships at Silverspot Cinema from March 2013 to January 2019. Additionally, Randi served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Palm Beach International Film Festival for two decades, from August 1995 to May 2015, showcasing a strong foundation in film festival management and strategic partnerships.
