Dany Goldstein began their work experience in 1980 as a VP and division manager at Israeli Military Industry. In 1997, they became the president and CEO of Eshed, a position they held until 2000. From 1998 to 2000, they were also the CEO of Eshed Management Consulting. In 2000, they joined Tadiran as the General Manager and Director of a company called Carrier. Dany later became the General Manager of Carrier RLC / Toshiba AC. In 2010, they became the president and CEO of the Israeli Standard Institute, a position they held until 2015. Since 2015, they have been the CEO of Israel Postal Company.
