Paul Sponcia began their career in 1992 as a Network Administrator for Phillips and Jordan. In 1998, they founded RM Technologies with their friend Jimmy Rodefer and served as the Founder and CEO. The business eventually morphed into Claris Networks, where Paul served as Founder and CEO until 2009. That same year, they joined The Scarlett Group as the EVP of Sales and Channel Development. In 2010, Paul began working at Advanced Network Solutions | Tennessee as the Director of Corporate Development. 🔥 Paul also joined The IT Company LLC as the Principal | CEO. In 2011, Paul became the Principal | President of Digital Crossing Networks, LLC. Throughout their career, Paul has been responsible for growing businesses, developing culture, streamlining sales processes, and improving operations.
