Chris Akbari

Chris is the President of ITEX . He serves on the Investments Team, is a member of the Investments Committee, and directs the Construction, Development, Investment, and Management divisions.

Before joining ITEX, Chris graduated from Lamar University with a Finance degree and is a graduate from Harvard Business School Owner/President/Management Executive Education program (OPM51).

Chris is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Affordable & Workforce Housing Council, Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
