Morgan Falck is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in recruitment and business development. Currently serving as a Recruiter/Account Manager at The Jacobson Group since February 2022, Morgan manages the end-to-end recruiting process for consultants within the SME/Temp Staffing Recruiting team. Prior to this role, Morgan held positions at Crane Engineering Sales, Inc. from June 2016 to January 2022 as a Business Development Coordinator & Marketing, overseeing inbound leads and executing marketing campaigns. Morgan began a career in administrative support at U.S. Bank from 2012 to 2013. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in education and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, as well as a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
