Arun Kottha

Arun Kottha is general counsel and corporate secretary for Unison Risk Advisors. He is located in the Oswald Companies headquarters in Cleveland and also oversees legal operations for RCM&D in Baltimore. Prior to his current role, Arun was senior legal counsel for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio, where he focused on supporting global manufacturing, operations, safety and regulatory compliance efforts. He was previously an attorney at Cleveland’s Tucker & Ellis LLP law firm.

Arun earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Case Western Reserve University and earned his Juris Doctor degree at The Ohio State University, during which he completed the international ADR law curriculum at the University of Oxford in England.
