As Managing Director of Oswald Specialty Life and Executive Vice President of Oswald Companies, Mr. Wasserman brings decades of experience in financial services, life insurance, estate planning, business succession planning and charitable giving. He combines this expertise with a truly personalized consulting approach, meeting each client’s unique needs and goals, and leading the team that serves the client through each life stage.

After a highly successful career with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America through Capital Planners, Mr. Wasserman joined Oswald Companies in 2003 to establish Oswald Specialty Life. Here he has grown the practice into a full-service life insurance division, serving more than 1,000 clients throughout the United States.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Wasserman is also an industry thought leader, who enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences with professional organizations. He regularly presents on topics pertaining to Business Succession Planning, Wealth Transfer and Charitable Giving.

Mr. Wasserman’s commitment to community and charitable causes is evident in the organizations to which he devotes his time and efforts. He serves as the Development Chair and a Board Member for College Now Greater Cleveland, as well as the University Hospital Diamond Advisory Group and the Cleveland Museum of Art Planned Giving Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and is a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2014. He is a former Board Member of MOCA, The Leukemia Society and the Cleveland Artists Foundation.
