Kyle Farwick

Kyle Farwick, REBC®, currently serves as an Employee Benefits Advisor for Oswald Companies, a prominent independent insurance brokerage firm based in Cleveland. Previously, Kyle held roles in business development and sales at The SpyGlass Group, LLC., transitioning from Senior Manager to Manager. Early career experience includes a logistics sales internship at Integrity Express Logistics, where Kyle successfully negotiated freight rates and managed customer relationships. Additionally, Kyle worked as a Shop Assistant and Social Media Manager at Ohio Hydraulics Inc. A graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Kyle also obtained a Sales Certificate from The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre.
