Heidi Kauffman

Heidi Kauffman, MHA, CPXP is a Patient Experience Specialist at The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. Heidi brings a wealth of experience from previous roles such as Investigator at Guidant Global and Health Navigator - Assistant Program Director at ASPIN. Heidi also served as the YWCA Women's Cancer Program Director, overseeing screenings and diagnostic services for women in west central Indiana. Heidi holds a Master of Health Administration from Richard M Fairbanks School of Public Health, a Masters of Theological Studies from Christian Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
