Nicole Rossomano

Nicole Rossomano, MPH, currently serves as a Patient Experience Specialist at UF Health since February 2024, following a role as Patient Experience Manager at Compass One Healthcare from July 2022 to February 2024. In this position, responsibilities included soliciting patient feedback and training staff on patient satisfaction measures. Previous experience includes an internship with the Veterans Health Administration, where leadership in strategic development and coordination of national meetings occurred. Additional roles involved an ambassador position at Respond Fitness, a student internship at UF Health Jacksonville, and an ADA Compliance Intern position at the University of North Florida, recognized as Employee of the Month in January 2020. Nicole Rossomano holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of North Florida.
