Briana Buker

Briana Buker has significant experience in the mental health field, currently serving as a Therapist and PRN Therapist at The Carolina Center For Behavioral Health since September 2020. Prior to this role, Briana worked at MeadowWood Hospital from March 2008 to August 2020 as a Family Therapist per diem, where responsibilities included conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment and aftercare plans, and supervising group psychotherapy sessions for a diverse patient caseload. Additional experience includes project management for a grassroots advocacy grant at St. Michaels, communication and public relations management at Girls Incorporated, and early positions as a Mental Health Associate and Graduate Assistant. Briana holds a Master of Science degree in Individual & Family Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Delaware.
