Dr. Dawn Harbin Ph.d., Lpc/S, Lpc, Nbcc, Ncc

Dr. Dawn Harbin, Ph.D., LPC/S, LPC, NBCC, NCC, currently serves as the IOP Coordinator at The Carolina Center For Behavioral Health since June 2018, while also holding a position as a PhD Intern in Clinical Psychology at Bryan Psychiatric Hospital and Morris Village Alcohol and Drug Treatment Hospital since December 2013. Dr. Harbin earned a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, a Master's in Mental Counseling with a focus on Severe Mental Illness from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s in Human Services and Resources with a concentration in Mental Health from Anderson University (SC) between 2005 and 2007.
